PrimeWave Digital is a privately operated educational program based in Caloocan, Metro Manila. We provide weekend workshops teaching financial literacy skills to sari-sari store owners and small retail operators. We are the personal information controller for data collected through this website and through workshop registration. We do not provide accounting services, bookkeeping services, tax advice, or any regulated financial service.

We may collect the following categories of personal information:

• Contact information: name, email address, and phone number submitted through our contact form.
• Workshop registration details: name, contact information, and any relevant context you choose to share about your retail situation.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on pages, collected automatically through cookies and server logs.
• Communication records: copies of emails or messages exchanged with us for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.

We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined under the DPA (such as health data, financial account details, or government-issued identification numbers) through this website.

We use collected personal information for the following purposes, each grounded in a lawful basis under the DPA:

• Responding to inquiries submitted through the contact form (legitimate interest and consent).
• Sending workshop details, schedules, and follow-up educational resources to registered participants (performance of a contract and consent).
• Improving our website and workshop content based on aggregate usage patterns (legitimate interest).
• Complying with legal obligations under Philippine law (legal obligation).

We do not use personal data for automated decision-making, profiling, or targeted advertising.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties. We may share your data with:

• Service providers: third-party companies that help us operate our website (hosting, email services) who are contractually bound to protect your data.

Contact form submissions are retained for up to twelve months to allow for follow-up communications. Workshop participant records are retained for up to three years for program administration purposes. Technical log data is retained for up to ninety days. After these periods, data is securely deleted or anonymized. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Your Rights below).

We use cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies are required for the website to function. Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the site. These measures include secure HTTPS transmission, access controls, and regular review of our data handling practices. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We will notify affected individuals and the NPC of any data breach that is likely to result in serious harm, in accordance with NPC Circular 16-03.

Our website and workshops are intended for adults who operate or manage retail businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. For significant changes, we will provide additional notice where practical.
